Affiliate Partner Agreement

1. How you earn

• Personal link: 50%. You earn a 50% commission on every Bar Ready purchase made through your unique tracking link. We provide the link; every Bar Ready purchase through it is credited to you.
• What doesn't earn commission. Order bumps, upsells and add-ons, including the recipe pack and the Customer Service + Marketing add-on.
• No promo codes. Promo and discount codes can't be used through affiliate links.
• No self-referrals. Purchases you make through your own link, for yourself, don't earn commission.

2. Your content

You own the videos and posts you make. If we'd like to use one in our own posts or ads, we'll ask you first and agree on terms in writing.

3. Payments

• Schedule. Commissions are paid monthly, for sales at least 30 days old.
• Refunds. If a customer refunds or charges back, the related commission is reversed or deducted from a future payout.
• Method. All payments are sent via PayPal to the email you provide.

4. Taxes

You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes. Once your total earnings reach $1,500, we will request a completed IRS Form W-9 before releasing any further payouts. We will issue a Form 1099-NEC if your total payments reach the IRS reporting threshold for the year ($2,000 for tax year 2026).

5. Conduct

• Promote honestly. No false income claims, no promises of jobs, fake scarcity, spam, or trademark and brand-name bidding.
• Describe the course accurately. Bar Ready gives a certificate of completion. Do not call it a license or a certification.
• Disclose. Disclose paid partnerships wherever platform rules or the law require it.

6. Term and termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Commissions already earned will be paid out.

7. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of The Bar School. This Agreement is the entire agreement between us regarding the affiliate program.
